The Gallery places great importance on the protection of privacy and personal data. In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 26 April 2016, the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by Ordinance No. 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018 and the Decree of 1 August 2018, the Gallery makes strong commitments to the persons concerned.
Data Collected
The Gallery collects personal data transparently and explicitly:
- — Data expressly requested on the Site, including in particular data from contact / review / payment forms (last name, first name, email address, postal address and phone number)
- — Connection and navigation data
Purpose of Processing
Each data collection is carried out specifically for explicit purposes clearly indicated on the page of the Site where the data is collected. With regard to the contact form and the payment page, the purpose pursued is establishing contact. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b of the European Regulation).
There is no fully automated decision-making by the Gallery based on your personal data.
Recipients of Processing
The recipients of the data are:
- — Ms. Anissa HAFIDI and the Gallery staff
- — Subcontractors and partners for the execution of the relevant processing
Personal data transmissions with recipients are carried out securely and pursuant to an agreement between the Gallery and each recipient.
Data Retention
The Gallery stores your personal data with a subcontractor whose servers are located in France, thus guaranteeing adequate protection under European Union law. The retention periods are as follows:

- — Customer data: for the duration of the relationship and at most up to 5 years after its end
